Branson, being the outdoor paradise that it is, offers many trails for hiking and biking.  If you are looking for a leisurely walk through the beautiful Ozark Mountains, Henning Conservation Area may be just the place for you.  Located off Highway 76 heading west towards Silver Dollar City, it’s a beautiful trail where you can see nature unfolding right before your very eyes!  A relatively new trail system has opened up that takes you along the shore of Table Rock Lake around the Dewey Short Visitors’ Center and meanders toward the Showboat Branson Belle.  There are several trails nestled in the city limits of Branson that give you beautiful views of everything from Lake Taneycomo to waterfalls.  The City of Branson’s Parks & Recreation website has a list of all city trails.

Golf in Branson, Missouri is truly a thing of beauty. From rolling hills to lake views and lush greens can all be seen from one of Branson's many golf courses.  Not only are the shows and lakes attracting visitors to Branson, Missouri but also many beautiful and challenging golf courses, snugly fit into the hills and valleys of the Ozarks. Your time will be well spent playing through courses designed by the likes of Tom Fazio and Jack Nicklaus. Visitors to the Branson/ Tri Lakes Area will discover some of the best freshwater fishing in North America. Trout, Bass, Crappie, Catfish, Blue Gill - it's as simple as dropping a line for a trophy catch on any of our three thriving lakes. Branson is often referred to as the Tri-Lakes…for our three lakes, Table Rock, Taneycomo and Bull Shoals.  Each lake features its own fishing experience.

Boating on our lakes can be done with speed or at a slower place…that’s up to you!  Table Rock Lake and Bull Shoals Lake are both great for water sports like wakeboarding, waterskiing, tubing and swimming.  The clean comfortable waters of both Table Rock and Bull Shoals make them a perfect place to cool off during the midwest summer heat.  Jet skis are also popular on these lakes. There are several marinas along both lakes to rent boats, jet skis and other watersport accessories.
